Fully automatic torque testing machine

It is suitable for torque (torque attenuation) and life test of the hinge of NOTE-BOOK, LCD MONITOR, portable DVD and TV. It can measure the torque value of each forward and reverse rotation, and send the collected torque signal to the PC through the RS-232 communication module. The PC automatically records its curve changes and draws the torque attenuation life curve. The test conditions are set using the Windows® window screen. The operation is simple and convenient, and all data can be stored (test conditions, torque-angle curve, life reduction curve, test data report, etc.)

Features:
1. All test conditions are set by the computer screen (including angle measurement range, stroke origin position, measurement speed, measurement times, pause time, stay for N seconds after N tests... etc.).
2. Can print and store graphics (torque-angle curve + data, torque attenuation curve + data, test report).
3. The test report header, product specifications, test date, operator, file number, etc. can be modified at any time (both Chinese and English are acceptable).
4. The test report is in the Microsoft Access database editing format, and the test data is automatically entered, which can be archived, stored, transferred and printed; and the curve can be directly printed in the test interface.
5. The report can automatically determine Passed or Fail according to the set upper and lower limits, and automatically generate the maximum torque value, minimum torque value, average value, etc. of the current test times; and can generate the maximum torque value, minimum torque value, average value, etc. of each curve;
6. Automatically record each torque-angle curve, torque attenuation curve + data, test data.
7. Torque attenuation curve report: Displays the relationship between the torque value change (attenuation) and the number of times during the entire test process
8. Adopts Japanese Panasonic servo motor drive, with built-in 2500r high pulse encoder, high-precision positioning, low noise, large torque, and can be used for a long time.
