Dust Test Chamber
The IP56X sand and dust test chamber is used to test the shell sealing performance of products, and is mainly used for the tests of IP5X and IP6X specified in the shell protection grade standard. It can be used to test the applicability of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and components exposed to dry sand blowing, dust blowing or dust falling conditions under simulated dust climate conditions.
Sunlight Simulation Test Chamber
The sunlight simulation test chamber is also called the solar radiation test chamber. It is an environmental climate chamber that simulates the full sunlight spectrum. It is used to evaluate the ability of equipment used and stored outdoors without shelter to withstand the thermal and optical effects of direct solar radiation. After the test, the appearance and working performance of the product are verified to evaluate whether the material and components of the product can withstand the requirements of outdoor solar radiation.
Rain Test Chamber
The IPX12/34/56 rain test chamber is used to test the performance of products during storage, transportation and use in a rainy climate environment. It tests the physical and other related properties of the products. After the test, it is judged by verification whether the performance of the products meets the requirements, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the products.
High Pressure Water Spray Test Chamber
The main function of High Pressure Water Spray Test Chamber is to test the physical and other related properties of vehicles such as passenger cars, buses, lamps, motorcycles and their parts under the cleaning process conditions of high pressure/steam jet cleaning. After the test, the product performance is judged by verification to determine whether it meets the requirements, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.
